“LUKOIL Neftohim Burgas” PLC produces automotive gasoline /A-95, A-98, A-100/, low octane gasoline /NOB/, diesel fuel, jet fuel – Jet A-1, boiler fuel, marine bunker fuel, propane-butane, technical sulphur, sulphuric acid, bitumen, propylene and polypropylene. The history of Neftochim began in 1963 with the commissioning of the first oil distillation plant and the production of the first Bulgarian gasoline on September 2 of that year.

 

The date of 12 October 1999 marks the beginning of the most recent history of the plant’s development. A contract of sale was signed and Neftohim became part of the family of the global vertically integrated energy company LUKOIL.
